Shipping Polices
शिपिंग चार्ज समय के अनुसार बदला जा सकता हैं और नीलकंठ सिरामिक के पास उन परिवर्तनों को करने के सभी अधिकार हैं। ग्राहकों को सूचित किया जाता है बाजार के अनुसार ट्रांसपोर्टेशन दरों में जो भी बदलाव होगा उसके अनुसार शिपिंग चार्ज को बदला जा सकता हैं जो चार्ज काफी कम होगा ।
एक बार हमारे गोदाम से माल भेज दिए जाने के बाद ग्राहक को सभी शिपिंग विवरण और ट्रैकिंग आईडी के साथ एक ईमेल प्राप्त होगा। सभी डिलीवरी सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 6 बजे के बीच की जाती हैं।
भागलपुर क्षेत्र के ऑर्डर के लिए डिलीवरी 2-3 कार्य दिवस हैं। और बाहरी ऑर्डर के लिए इसमें 1-2 सप्ताह लग सकते हैं। यदि ऑर्डर देने के समय कोई वस्तु स्टॉक में उपलब्ध नहीं है तो हमारे सेल्स एक्जीक्यूटिव आपको डिलीवरी की समय-सीमा के बारे में पहले ही सूचित कर देंगे। उत्पादों की देर से डिलीवरी के मामले में नील्कंठ सिरामिक किसी भी वित्तीय मुआवजे के दावों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। दोपहर के बाद दिए गए ऑर्डर अगले कार्य दिवस पर संसाधित किए जाते हैं।
हमे ऑर्डर देते समय आपके द्वारा बताए गए शिपिंग पते पर ऑर्डर भेज देंगे। यदि आप शिपिंग पता बदलना चाहते हैं, तो आपको इसके बारे में हमें सूचित करना होगा। हम परिवर्तन अनुरोध को स्वीकार/अस्वीकार करने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
उत्पाद को किसी भी ट्रांसपोर्टेशन की क्षति के लिए नीलकंठ सिरमिक जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। विट्रीफाइड टाइलों के लिए 2-3% और सिरेमिक टाइलों के लिए 3-5% की क्षति सामान्य है, जिसे उपयोग के दौरान प्रबंधित किया जा सकता है। इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध है कि डिलीवरी के समय सामग्री की जांच करें।
गोदाम से लोडिंग के लिए श्रम शुल्क ग्राहक के द्वारा भुगतान की गई राशि में शामिल है। केवल ग्राहक को वहां से अनलोडिंग चार्ज का भुगतान करना होगा।
यदि आपको ऑर्डर के अनलोडिंग के लिए अतिरिक्त लेवर की आवश्यकता है तो आपको अपनी आवश्यकता हमें बतानी होगी। जिसका अतिरिक्त चार्ज वहन करना होगा।
यदि ग्राहक ऑर्डर प्राप्त करने के लिए शिपिंग पते पर नहीं हैं, तो ग्रहाक को नीलकंठ सिरामिक ग्राहक सेवा को पूर्व सूचना देकर किसी को अपनी ओर से माल की डिलीवरी लेने के लिए अधिकृत करना होगा।
Shipping charges are subject to change from time to time and Neelkanth Ceramics reserves all rights to make those changes. The customers are informed that the shipping charges are subject to change as per the changes in the transportation rates as per the market which will be much less.
Once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse the customer will receive an email with all the shipping details and tracking ID. All deliveries are done between 9am to 6pm.
Delivery is 2-3 working days for Bhagalpur region orders. And it may take one weeks for outdoor orders. In case an item is not available in stock at the time of placing the order, our sales executive will inform you in advance about the delivery schedule. Neelkanth Ceramics will not be liable for any financial compensation claims in case of late delivery of products. Orders placed after noon are processed on the next working day.
We will ship the order to the shipping address specified by you when placing the order. If you wish to change the shipping address, you must inform us about the same. We reserve the right to accept/reject the change request.
Neelkanth Ceramics will not be responsible for any transportation damage to the product. A loss of 2-3% for vitrified tiles and 3-5% for ceramic tiles is normal, which can be managed during use. Hence you are requested to check the contents at the time of delivery.
Labor charges for loading from the warehouse are included in the amount paid by the customer. Only customer need to pay the unloading charge from there.
If you need additional lever for unloading of order then you have to tell us your requirement. For which additional charges will have to be borne.
In case the Customer is not present at the shipping address to receive the order, the Customer must authorize someone to take delivery of the goods on his behalf by giving prior intimation to Neelkanth Ceramics Customer Care.
