हमारे यहाँ सभी बिक्री पूर्ण रूप से बिक्री हैं। neelkanthceramic.in, से की गई किसी भी खरीदारी के लिए कोई रिटर्न या एक्सचेंज स्वीकार नहीं करते हैं। हम ग्राहक को ऑर्डर देने से पहले डिजाइन और मात्रा को ठीक से सत्यापित करने का अनुरोध करते हैं।
यदि किसी भी स्थिती में यह पाया जाता है कि हमने ग्राहक के द्वारा ऑर्डर किए गए उत्पाद के बदले में अलग प्रोडक्ट वितरित किया है, तो कृपया समस्या की रिपोर्ट करने के लिए हमारे ग्राहक सेवा को कॉल करें। हम यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि ग्राहक द्वारा किया गया ऑर्डर ग्राहक तक पहुँचाया जाए। जिसमें कोई रिफंड नहीं किया जाएगा, यदि ग्राहक के द्वारा ऑर्डर किया गया प्रोडक्ट हमारे यहाँ स्टॉक में नहीं तो उस स्थिति में हमारे ग्राहक सेवा प्रतिनिधि आपके ऑर्डर की समीक्षा करने के लिए ग्राहक संपर्क करेंगे।
यदि कोई सौदा वापसी के योग्य हैं तो आइटम का उपयोग नहीं किया जाना चाहिए और उसी स्थिति में होना चाहिए जिस स्थिती में ग्राहक ने इसे प्राप्त किया था। आइटम मूल पैकेजिंग में होना चाहिए। यदि आइटम क्षतिग्रस्त हो जाते हैं तो इसे बेचा नहीं जा सकता है जिसकी वजह से हम, ग्राहक को धनवापसी नहीं कर पाएंगे। एक बार गलत तरीके से डिलीवर की गई खेप हमें वापस मिल जाने पर हम उस ऑर्डर के लिए सही प्रोडक्ट्स की व्यवस्था करने के लिए तुरंत कार्रवाई करेंगे। हम अनुरोध करते हैं कि ग्राहक के ऑर्डर को सुधारने के लिए हमें 3-5 कार्य दिवसों का समय दें।
All sales with us are final. neelkanthceramic.in, do not accept any returns or exchanges for any purchases made from neelkanthceramic.in. We request you to verify the design and quantity properly before placing the order.
If at any stage it is found that we have delivered a different product instead of the one you ordered, please call our customer care to report the issue. We will ensure that the order placed by you is delivered to you. In which no refund will be given, if the product ordered by you is not in stock with us, in that case our customer service representative will contact you to review your order.
If eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged then it cannot be sold due to which we will not be able to refund you. Once the wrongly delivered consignment is received back by us, we will take immediate action to arrange the correct order for you. We request you to allow us 3-5 working days to rectify our order.
